This is a nice product, great for lining eyes or using as a base colour on the lids before a shadow. However, the major downside is the shape of the pencil, which means you have to have a specific NYC Flat Liner sharpener to be able to sharpen it. These are really hard to come across, especially in the UK and I have had to order mine from ebay which means I've paid more for the sharpener (inc p&p) than for the actual liner! It would be helpful if this fact was made clear when purchasing the liner, or if the sharpener was sold alongside it.
